
The Federal Council of the Realm of Bricklyn (FCRB) is the principal decision making body for national, as well as Inland and Outland matters affecting the Tripartite Realm of Bricklyn.
The Council is comprised of seven members: elected for four year terms: three from Bricklyn; two from South Bricklyn; one from Essex Jct.; and one at-large, selected by voters in all three cities.
The at-large elected member also serves as President of the Council.
Along with its’ legislative responsibilities, the Federal Council is also responsible for making (by majority vote) appointments to several government ministerial positions, as well as the Realm of Bricklyn Supreme Court.
Hilma Plater-Zybrick is the current President, having first been elected to the at-large seat in 2012, and winning re-election in 2016 and 2020. She was first elected to the Council in 2008 as one of South Bricklyn’s representatives.
