This reflects the fact that for 25 years Wayne Senville, who now serves as Outland Liaison to Bricklyn, was Editor & Publisher of the national Planning Commissioners Journal, a quarterly publication designed as a resource for individuals who serve on local and regional planning boards and others interested in land use planning topics.
